What is the SLU Services Directory?

The SLU Services Directory is a curated, searchable database of service providers across Saint Lucia. We aggregate listings from Facebook groups, WhatsApp broadcasts, local advertising, and direct outreach — then organise them by category and district and publish them here for free.

Every listing includes a direct WhatsApp link with a pre-written introduction message, so you can connect with a provider in one tap. No account needed. No middleman. No commission.

We cover 40+ service categories: from home repairs and automotive to beauty, food, events, tech support, education, and more. New listings are added daily.

How We Build the Directory

Our team monitors Facebook marketplace listings, community groups, WhatsApp broadcasts, and local classifieds across Saint Lucia. When we find a service provider, we:

  • Record their WhatsApp number and contact details
  • Confirm the service area and district
  • Record available pricing and hours information
  • Assign to the correct service category
  • Publish the listing to the directory

If you find incorrect information, please report it — we review all reports within 48 hours.

Get Your Service Listed

Listings in the SLU Services Directory are free. We actively seek out providers to add — but if you'd like to make sure your business is included, email us or use the form below.

To get listed, email hasan@ibak.app with:

  • Your business or trading name
  • Service category (e.g. plumbing, cleaning, tutoring)
  • Your district and areas served
  • A brief description of your services
  • Your WhatsApp number (for the listing)
  • Pricing information and hours (optional but recommended)

We source listings from publicly available information across Saint Lucia. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, listings have not been individually verified. If you find something wrong, please use the Report button on any listing — we review all reports within 48 hours.
No. The directory is purely a contact directory — we connect you with providers, but we do not vet the quality of their work, charge rates, or conduct. We recommend asking for references, confirming pricing upfront, and reviewing any work before making payment. See our Terms of Use for full details.

Yes. To update or remove your listing, use the Report form or email hasan@ibak.app with your listing name and the changes needed. We'll update within 48 hours. Removal requests are honoured immediately.
