Welcome to the Saint Lucia Services Directory ("the Directory"), operated by stlucia.studio ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using services.stlucia.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
1. Nature of the Service
The Directory is an informational directory only. We aggregate, organise, and publish contact information for service providers in Saint Lucia. We are not a party to any transaction or agreement between you and any service provider listed in the Directory.
The Directory does not:
- Employ, endorse, or partner with any listed service provider
- Guarantee the availability, quality, or pricing of any services
- Handle payments, bookings, or disputes between users and providers
- Provide any warranty regarding the accuracy of listing information
2. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Directory and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties that:
- Listings are accurate, current, or complete
- Service providers are licensed, insured, or competent
- Any service provider will respond to your enquiry
- The directory will be available without interruption
3. User Responsibility
You use this Directory at your own risk. Before engaging any service provider, you are responsible for:
- Verifying the provider's credentials, licences, and insurance
- Agreeing on pricing, timelines, and scope of work in writing
- Not making payment until work is satisfactorily completed
- Conducting your own due diligence
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, stlucia.studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Directory or from engaging with any service provider listed therein. This includes but is not limited to damages for property damage, personal injury, financial loss, or loss of data.
5. Third-Party Services
The Directory contains links to WhatsApp and other third-party services. These links are provided for convenience. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services.
6. Service Provider Listings
We compile listings from publicly available sources and direct submissions. We make reasonable efforts to verify contact information, but cannot guarantee accuracy. Service providers appearing in the Directory have not necessarily authorised their inclusion. If you are a listed provider and wish to update or remove your listing, contact us via the instructions on our About page.
We reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, without notice.
7. Prohibited Uses
You may not use the Directory to:
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically download listing data
- Spam service providers or use contact details for unsolicited marketing
- Misrepresent yourself to service providers
- Post false reports or abuse the report function
- Circumvent any technical measures
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Directory, including text, design, and code, is owned by or licensed to stlucia.studio. Listing information, including business names, descriptions, and contact details, may be subject to third-party rights. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without our express written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Directory after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Lucia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint Lucia.
